Updated: 4/7/2025

Hey there! Here's the scoop on what you can (and can't) share as learning packs on Optimem. We want to keep things awesome for everyone, so please give this a quick read.

We're all about free, open educational content! Especially:

Please keep these off Optimem:

A few practical guidelines to keep in mind:

License Stuff 📜

When you submit content (such as a learning pack and its associated text, images, audio, and video) to Optimem, you grant Organic Software (the company behind Optimem) an irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and commercially use your content (yes, even if you mark it as non-commercial for others). Think of it like giving us a special pass – so that we may unambiguously distribute your content to others inside Optimem – while still setting rules for everyone else.

We aim to be responsible and trustworthy stewards of your content. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know at support [at] optimem.org. We're here for creators like you.

If you spot content that breaks these guidelines, please let us know! We rely on our community of life-long students and educators to help keep Optimem a high-quality learning space.
