Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on or through Optimem infringes your copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement to:

Your DMCA notice should include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to permit us to locate it
  • Your contact information, including your name, title, business name & address, plus a phone number or email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address listed on this page.
